Birthday Party Tent
Reserve a private tent to host a Birthday Party at Woody's together with family & friends. The tent is set inside of Woody's Playground and provides a central place for you to gather and create magical memories.
Birthday Tents are rented out at 2 hour intervals Saturdays or Sundays during our Summer or Fall season from August 17 2024 through October 27th.
Birthday Party Tents rentals include two dozen donuts and one gallon of cider.
One small gem mining bag given to the Birthday Child.
Outside food cakes and drinks are allowed for the party and party attendees but may only be consumed inside the birthday tent.
Apple or pumpkin picking is not included but can be purchase separately. Apple picking requires the purchase of an $12 quarter peck bag for every guest entering the orchard in your group. Children age 4 & under may accompany the apple picker and are not required to purchase a bag. Pumpkins are priced individually by size.
Additional wristbands can be purchased at the Admissions Booth as needed. Children 2 and under are free. Active Military personnel are free with valid ID. Train & wagon rides are included for all party guests free of charge if running on the day of your party.
Rain Policy: In the event of inclement weather, a party may be either rescheduled (subject to availability) or the payment shall be refunded in full. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of start time of party. If Woody's cancels the party the deposit will be refunded in full if not rescheduled.
By renting a Birthday Party Tent you are taking full legal responsibility for all adults and children that attend the party.
